It started the way the best things do — with a couple of regulars, a little friendly ribbing, and a really good cup of coffee.
Two loyal drip coffee drinkers walked in one day and started giving the owner a hard time. She gave it right back — and called them a couple of knuckleheads. Just like that, a coffee got its name.
She convinced them to step outside their comfort zone and try an espresso on Victoria, the shop’s high-end espresso machine. To their surprise, they loved it. That moment sparked an idea.

Working with a local roaster, a signature blend was developed that captured exactly what the brand represents: bold, carefully crafted, and full of personality.
